Used United Packaging 8 Head Trigger Inserter and Quill Style Cap Tightener, 2018:
– 8 head set for trigger style sprayer with semi-adjustable heads. Elevator Hopper to Bowl feed Sorter
– Triggers are sorted stem up and chute brings to capper carrier disc which presents trigger to chuck style head
– Star infeed/discharge, rotary 8 head chuck style inserter heads with mechanical straw confiner insert into container, quill style cap tightening wheel to pre-start trigger – quill style cap tightener necessary to torque threads
– Originally utilized for one project by original owner and removed from line.
– Capable of running trigger sprayers at speeds of up to 90 bottles per minute
