Used E-Pack Hot Fill Line for Jams and Jellies, 2023 – With Piston Filler, Spindle Capper, Open Frame Labeling System:
Previous use: hot filling 1.5oz jars with metal caps and 6oz jars with metal lug-style caps with jams and jellies at 185F, pulling from a 100 gallon kettle at a rate of 10-15 jars per minute.

Series 3 Open Frame Labeling System
* Series 3 “Open Frame” Base: Robust stainless steel welded tubular frame & with electronics mounted on easy access drawers inside the machine base. Non-scuff locking castors & stainless steel leveling feet. Standard Line Height: 32” Min. up to 38.5”
* Series 3 Touch Panel Controller: Swivel mounted; easy to use touch panel controller that can operate up to two (2) label heads. Controller activates all labeling modules. Easily accessible from both sides of the product conveyor. Controller can also store up to 100 product set-ups and recalled at the touch of a button.
* Stainless-steel Product Conveyor: 4.5″W x 10’L: All motorized modules which are fitted to Tronics labelers are synchronized to the main product conveyor. Conveyor includes standard a servo motor drive (30mpm: Able to transport products weighing up to a total of 100lbs). Durable Delrin slat chain belt, tool-less adjustable height & width conveyor rails for rapid setup and changeover of different sizes of products. Note: The servo motor drive is a rugged gearbox, there are not and chains, belts, or sprockets to wear prematurely.
* Product Spacer Wheel: Fully synchronized variable speed AC Drive Product Spacer Wheel. Ideal for inexpensive and flexible spacing of products. (Includes tool-less adjustment for varying width/diameter products).
* Label Head (max. label web up to 8.5″H RHS): Fully synchronized stepper driven label head accurate up to + or – 1/32″ with tool-less vertical, horizontal, & 4-Way tilt adjustment. Includes durable solid stainless-steel shafts with reference scales for fast repeatable setup and changeovers. (Typically runs a No. 4 Unwind Label)
* Standard Wrap Module (max. label up to 5.5”H x 18.5”L): Fully synchronized stepper driven Wrap Assembly with tool-less vertical height adjustment and tool-less “wind-in & wind-out” Teflon covered foam backing pad. All shafts are constructed of solid stainless-steel shafts with gradient scales for quick repeatable setup and changeover. (Used for wrapping a single label around a product).
