Previously used for food grade liquid product in 5 ML, 10 ML, 15 ML, and 30 ML bottles.
Filamatic Econofil:
– Currently set up with two filling heads
– Material of construction: stainless steel plate frame with transparent polycarbonate panels
– Air requirements: 1 – 2 SCFM @ 80 PSI
– Filling speed: adjustable to 3 to 16 rpm
– Filler motor horsepower: 1/8 hp

CT-100 Cap Tightener:
– Material of construction: corrosion resistant materials, engineered plastics, and 300 series stainless steel
– Air requirements: 3 – 4 SCFM @ 80 PSI
– Cap tightening speed: adjustable to around 30 – 38 caps per minute
– Tightener drive: AC induction motor/belt power train
– Container with closure height: 1.62″ min, 4.5″ max
– Container diameter: .62″ min, 2.37″ max
– Closure diameter: 13mm min, 24mm max
– 110 V, single phase
