Used Russell Finex Compact 600 Food-Safe Vibrating Magnetic Sieve, Single Deck, 550mm Diameter, 2020:
Previously used for milled Kratom powder.
COMPACT 600 1500rpm high performance vibratory sieving and straining
machine. Special compact design. Vibrator adjustable for variable product
flow-pattern. External surfaces finished in a food-safe white coating.
UNDERPAN: 304 grade s/steel 150mm (6″) centre outlet. Bright polish finish.
SIEVE DECK ASSEMBLY: 550mm diameter comprising: Deck (1) 125mm (5″)
deep sieve deck with no outlet. 304 grade stainless steel. Bright polish finish.
UNDERCLAMPS: 4 off quick release adjustable sieve assembly underclamps.
Mild steel zinc plated construction. Each fitted with fibre friction pads. For single
deck operation only.
GASKET WHITE SILICONE: for use with standard bonded mesh frame and
vibrasonic base rim to give effective sealing against product leakage. Gasket
compliant to BFR XV and EU1935/2004 (restrictions apply). Manufactured from
materials compliant to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.
LID: With 8″ spigot inlet in 304 stainless steel. Bright polish finish.
LID GASKET: White silicone channel section lid gasket.
LOCKING BAND QUICK RELEASE: To attach above lid to sieve deck.
Frame Guard 600 for improved storage and protection against contamination.
Complete with A4 documentation pouch and dust tight zip. Constructed in
Polyurethane.
